We are a unionized company, but still competitive with non-union contractors. As a small business, we can focus on our contract customers more and put them as a priority in our schedule.

2. All our contracted customers are guaranteed a quick response to any service call they may have.

3. We have also now established a hotline to call for all emergencies after hours. This hotline is sent up to give a number of a designated technician on standby. We will only respond on emergency basis to our contracted customers.

4. We know the equipment on location so most service calls take less time than places we are unfamiliar with.
