We strive to get our patients better with the least amount of adjusting. To accomplish this goal, we use what is known as the Blair Technique. The Blair Technique is a precise and gentle adjusting method, designed to stabilize the spine with very little adjusting and helps to create long term correction and stability.
Health First has been active in the community since our founding in 1988. We provide free public health screenings, ergonomic and back care classes, and we conduct annual food drives to supply our local food bank.
There are four Health First offices to serve you: Sedro-Woolley in Skagit County, Marysville in Snohomish County, Capital Hill in King County and Puyallup in Pierce County.
