The NCF was created in memory of Scott Nicholson 1960 - 2007. During his cancer treatment, Scott was touched by his fellow cancer patients, many of whom faced financial challenges because of lost work days, treatment costs or lack of insurance. He wanted to help. To fulfill his wish, each year a Memorial Ride brings together motorcyclist in celebration of Scott's life and to raise critical dollars for the NCF

HOW IT WORKS:

1) Medical Professional gives the patient a NCF Referral Form

2) Patient fills out form, listing specific financial challenges, including copies of unpaid bills and vendors

3) Medical professional signs the patients form a the "referred by"

4) Patients or medical professional submits form to the NCF fax number or address provided

5) NCF board reviews form and makes determination for award amount.
