Phantom is a community gathering spot for food, music, and spirits.

Phantom started out as Phantom Dinner, then we added music, and there was Phantom Music Series, then we started catering occasionally, so we added a "catering" button to our website, then we hooked up with Steve... then Steve and I bought a truck... cripes, it's getting complicated... how about we just generally throw parties, and feed people good food, and promote a bunch of good music, and now call it ONE thing? Phantom... it's an evolution to a higher state of party. We're committed to showing you all a good time, and damned if we won't give it our best.

Party we do, for sure, HOWEVER, we also take the pursuit of "quality" very seriously. The food we serve is food with soul. It's put together with integrity, using products we know are cool... either local, or grown by friends (the best!), or sourced from folks who think the same way we do... that food is sacred. Feeding your friends is a commitment. To their health, their happiness, and, yes, their soul. We're committed (or should be!)

Music is just the same for us... music feeds the soul, too, just via a different.... orifice? You know what I'm saying. When we hook up with musicians that perform for us we don't just welcome them to the venue then show them on their way. We feed them, we hang with them, we put them up for the night back at our place... we build relationships. Because of this we seek out acts we admire and respect. We look for artists that move us, then we present them to you all in hopes you'll be moved too.
