Based in New York City, the home entertainment releasing company Shelter Island is the sister label of companies True Mind and Disinformation.

Our first release was the acclaimed biographical documentary of Sir Frank Whittle, inventor of the jet engine that revolutionized the way we travel: Whittle – The Jet Pioneer. Upcoming releases include Equation of Life, a film about bullying directed by 11-year-old, Gerry Orz.
