Our mission is to promote safe, healthy youth and communities in South Salt Lake through the prevention of substance abuse and violence.
The South Salt Lake Coalition for Drug Free Youth gathers its membership and partners from 12 sectors across the community. Each sector represents a color in the palette that paints the landscape of our great city. The Coalition is governed by a Board of Directors elected from the general membership. An executive director runs the day to day operations and works closely with a program coordinator on policy initiatives, programs, networking, coordination of community events, and school, parent and youth presentations.
