Tarrytowns Vets Senior Drum & Bugle Corps

We are a non-for-profit Senior Drum and Bugle Corps. We are always looking to expand our membership so feel free to contact any of us!(RECRUITING NOW!)

The Tarrytown Vets are a Senior Drum & Bugle Corps., based out of Westchester County, NY. Recognized as one of the most distinguished and powerful musical units in the Tri-State area, The Vets march in just over 30 parades a year. Starting with St. Patty's day in March all the way to Halloween in October.

During our off season, The Tarrytown Vets currently rehearse in Verplanck, NY on Friday evenings, from 7pm-10pm. Our rehearsal space is located at the Our Lady Of Mount Carmel Society Hall, which is located at 238 8th Street, Verplanck NY 10596.

We have something for everyone! We have a color guard section for women, as well as a musical section for both men and women! Our musical section is broken down into two sections. Our percussion line includes Snare Drums, Bass Drums, Cymbals and bells. Our horn line includes 1st and 2nd Soprano's, Mellophones, 1st and 2nd Baritones and Contrabass! All of our horns are 3-Valve G horns.

Some of the our old timers might even have a 1 or 2 valve horn lying around somewhere :)
