SOME BACKSTORY:
It all started on August 28th, 2010 as a wedding celebration at the Lareau Farm Pavilion in beautiful Waitsfield, VT. As the groom was always fond of Ben & Jerry's One World One Heart Festival, he wanted his celebration to recreate that iconic vibe. A talented local musician did an amazing job at amassing the best local musical talent on a very limited budget; somehow the festival ended up with the likes of Tammy Fletcher, Miriam Bernardo, The Eames Brothers, The Gulch, and William's own merry band of drummers, just to name a few. The event was so much fun that they all joined forces and decided to make it an annual gig. Vermont Music Fest was born.
