Webb Brothers' General Store opened on May 15th, 1936, on the banks of the Hiwassee River in Reliance. Since that time the store has been a landmark for area residents and tourists.
The store provides gas, food, and supplies for camping or picnicing, T-shirts, and other souvenirs. In addition to rentals for rafting on the Hiwassee and lodging in the Watchman's House, the store has showcases displaying artifacts from the Reliance Historic District.

From Atlanta Area - South
Take I-75 North to exit #293 at Cartersville; go north on Hwy. 411 through Benton, Tennessee. Six miles north of Benton turn right on TN 30 East. Follow 30 East for 6 miles to Webb Brothers Texaco on the left on the banks of the Hiwassee River.
From Chattanooga/Nashville - South
Take I-75 North to the first Cleveland exit - Exit # 20. On the bypass go 6 miles to Ocoee Exit - Highway 64 East. Go east on Hwy. 64 approximately 8 miles to Hwy. 411 North exit (Maryville Exit). Take Hwy. 411 north through Benton, TN. Six miles north of Benton, turn right on TN 30 East. Follow 30 East 6 miles to Webb Brothers Texaco on the left on the banks of the Hiwassee River.
